Privacy policy

Ayol is designed to keep personal health and routine data private, understandable, and easier to control. Last updated: April 17, 2026.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Ayol website and mobile app. The current public app experience does not require creating an account to begin using core tracking features.

Data stored on your device

Cycle logs, Kundalik notes, insights-related records, settings, reminder preferences, and cached prayer-time data are primarily stored on your device. When available, sensitive items such as app-lock secrets or auth tokens may be stored in protected device storage such as SecureStore or Keychain.

Sirdosh and AI processing

If you use Sirdosh, your messages and the context needed to generate a reply may be sent to Google Gemini. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary highly sensitive personal information in chat messages. Third-party AI providers may process these requests under their own terms and policies.

Prayer times and location

If you enable prayer-time features, Ayol may request location permission and use your location to fetch timings from the Aladhan service. If permission is denied, Ayol may fall back to a default location or previously cached data. The latest successful prayer-time result may be cached on your device for offline fallback.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Ayol stores notification preferences locally and schedules reminders on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or inside the app.

Crash reports, diagnostics, and feedback

Ayol uses Sentry to help monitor crashes, diagnose technical issues, and handle in-app feedback. This may include technical device and app information, error logs, and limited replay or feedback content needed to investigate a problem and improve stability.

Export, import, and sharing

If you export your data, Ayol creates a file on your device and shares it only when you choose a destination through your device share sheet or sharing tools. If you import data, Ayol processes the file or text that you explicitly provide.

Retention and your controls

On-device data generally remains available until you edit it, clear it, export it, or remove the app. You can also revoke permissions such as location or notifications through your device settings. Some connected service providers may temporarily process request data according to their own retention practices.

Changes and contact

Ayol may update this policy as the product evolves. The latest version will be published on this page. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@ayolapp.uz.
